Whether you are suffering from a stress related complaint or just fancy some 'me' time, sit back and relax in the loft's zero-gravity chair as I gently work the reflexes of your feet to bring about a state of deep relaxation in which your body can reset and repair.
You will be fully clothed, expect for your shoes and socks, and covered in a blanket for extra warmth and comfort. Some clients like to fall asleep, some like to chat, but all leave feeling rested and renewed.
Initial sessions take up to 80mins as we complete a thorough medical history and consent forms before treatment begins. Subsequent sessions are 60mins with 50mins hands on time.

As you approach the end of your pregnancy thoughts of labour may fill you with excitement and fear in equal measure. Relaxation and inner confidence is key at this stage. From 37 weeks onwards I can help prime your body and mind for a natural and stress free childbirth with Reflexology for Labour. I make no promises here, baby will come when baby is ready, but regular reflexology from this point does seem to result in delivery closer to term, shorter labours and less medical intervention.
